Our buyer got the word last night she had been out bid and the home is going to someone else. Disappointment started to take over but as we told her she had presented her highest and best offer and we will find her another home to love. The home asking price was 79 thousand and her offer was 90 thousand and was all she could afford. This is happening often in Hernando county as smart buyers know the homes are undervalued and offering more money is still a bargain even in today's market. Be prepared to offer more for that home and remember that does not always guarantee a successful bid. I would write more but I need to find a lady a home.
