Author: Support Services, e-PRO
A research report showed Tuesday, March 15, 2008 that although the bank repossessions went sky high last month it has yet to reach a stopping point as many troubled homeowners have given up and left their homes.
The amount of adjustable-rate loans changing to higher rates will peak in May and June of 2008. Which will push more homeowners into default and foreclosure by the third and fourth quarters of this year, according to RealtyTrac Inc. of Irvine, Calif.
