Good News - this is the first month in a long time that the percent of foreclosures has dropped. That is a sign that we are starting to recover from this mess!
Remember that you have to be in contract by April 30th to take advantage of the tax credits. You probably won't see such a great deal again - if you are on the fence about taking a mortgage or selling your home and upgrading, you need to realize this may not come around for a long time. If you are not sure you would qualify for a mortgage, call someone - it doesn't cost you a penny and it is a quick phone call.
