Well we are coming up on a new sales week in Hernando county and after last weeks 24 homes closed it should be an interesting one for home buyers. That's 24 homes that have closed and does not include all the homes that have gone pending. 51 homes went under contract in the last 5 days along with the 24 that closed. That's a grand total of 75 homes off the market in Hernando county in the lat 5 days! Boom, mini-boom call it what you will but what does it mean to you the buyer? It means the home inventory available to you is dwindling offering less of a choice. The three bedroom two bath homes are hot right now and are selling a fast pace. I have also been seeing a small amount of price changes, not going down but going up as sellers are seeing what is happening and are less willing to settle for a low offer. If you are thinking of that home purchase now is the time to buy or you could be saying, should have, could have, would have as all the great deals passed you by. Check with your realtor and get in there now!
