She’s looking for a three-bedroom, two-bath house priced at around $250,000 in New Tampa or Temple Terrace area and she would take $180,000 for her 982-square-foot condo.

Many homeowners have used the free Web site, Craigslist, in search of house swapping partners in all price ranges.
