It looks like new home sales where up 11% last month making it the best increase in 8 years. As we been hearing sales for new homes have been up for the last three months. If this can go on maybe the worst is behind us and there maybe life back in that market. The inventory is still high with over 8 months of homes still on the market. Now for the other side unemployment is still very high with verizon laying off more than 8000 people and the average home sale still on a downward trend and foreclosures are still out selling everything else in certain markets. But good news is still good news and lets enjoy it while we can.
