I would think that most potential home buyers would like to purchase new construction....Im finding it very hard to show my buyers new homes...why? Are the prices that far off? or is it the lack of new construction in Hernando county? All of the major builders pulled out of the area when the market slowed! I am finding that the Tampa and Pasco market are doing very well in regards to selling New verses Used....But in saying that....the Tampa buyer seems to be looking in a higher price point! I sure wish there were new homes to show in Hernando county that were in the Mid 90's to low 100's for a home around 1600 sq ft...It would be wonderful to sell a home that doesnt need work and has a warranty!
