Hernando County Association of REALTORS® Adopt MLS Advantage. Why this is Good for Customers and Agents.
After a six long years, the Board of the Hernando County Association of REALTORS® were finally convinced that the Florida Association of REALTORS® MLS Advantage system was a good deal for local REALTORS® and their customers.
Prior to MLS Advantage, Hernando County agents could not see local listings in Hernando County unless they were listing on the HCAR website which would cost an agent who for example was domiciled in Pasco, Citrus, Hillsboro, Sumter, or just about any other Florida County.
Since every bit of cost ads up, and searching other MLS system is time intensive, the board of directors finally saw the light after much insistence from local Hernando County agents and broker owners.
Now agents being able to see ALL listing from ALL Florida licensed agents who belong to cooperating MLS boards using the MLS Advantage System can better serve customers.
I used MLS Advantage yesterday and it was amazing how many listings are available that I could not see before without a lot more time and expense in discovery.
So whether a listing is in Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, Brooksville, Istachatta, Nobelton, Ridge Manor, Masaryktown, or Weeki Wachee, and whether or not it is posted on the HCAR site, we can see it.
