On november 1st 2009 The Board of County Commissioners approved a reduction of the impact fees for permits issued December 1 thru November 30 2010. So In addition to the tax credit for first time home buyers and all the extensions added to it, we have this extra help.
Our buyers can take advantage of of the reduction because it will ultimately reduce the price they pay either for a lot they buy to build or the price the pay a homebuilder.
