For the most part it is sad when you see that a home has been foreclosed and that goes without saying. However, the bright side is that I have sold homes to young couples starting out that would have never been able to buy a home. I sell in the following neighborhoods in Florida, Spring Hill, Brooksville and Weeiki Wachee, all located in Hernando County. Hernando County saw a jump of 23% and 50% of those homes were foreclosures.

These young couples are now going to stay in our area close to their families and we will now hopefully see things coming back around. They are so full of enthusiasm they bring a freshness and revitalize the area.

That's the happy side of foreclosures!
