I have to voice my dislike when i do a property search and find listings where just one picture of the house has been uploaded into the multiple listing system. I think my frustration is the same as the buyers who may be searching for property. It is so nice to be able to get an idea of what the house looks like inside even if is not in the best condition pictures always give a better presentation and actually attract the persons curiosity to see more. Why not use all the spaces available? Even better now Innovia allow us to upload multiple pictures so lets find out how and put it to use so our listings show better and have a much better visula presentation. I know it makes my job easier and less time consuming when i can see the property inside, see if the kitchen has the granite counter tops my buyer is looking for or if is in need of a good paint job. I like to have a certain idea of what im going to show the buyers and not have to necesarly preview the property, a lot of times i must say if there are no pictures that might not be a house i will choose to show.
